This affirmation will allow you to recognize when you feel or believe that somebody or someone is doing something to you that leaves you powerless, and you react out of fear, anger, hostility, and you only see two choices; submission or rebellion. Take my freedom means I have no power to choose.  Take My Crown means I’m a powerless, helpless victim who just shows my inner suffering to the world.
