Irresistible Beauty

I got out of bed this morning to turn off my alarm clock. I stumbled into the bathroom to wash my face and walked into the living room to make my daily prayer.  After I finished prayer the couch asked for me to keep it company for a little while longer, I thought to myself perfect!  As I lay on the couch with my cell phone in my hand, something odd happened to me.  I received a text from this individual who met me at a board meeting last October in Compton.  This individual sees me at the meeting on the internet, and he decided that he wants to help me brand the priceless work that my organization is doing with the youth.  If you are keeping up with my life, at this meeting on October 26th 2010, my proposal was pulled of the agenda, and my contract delayed until the next meeting a month later. Although tragic at the time, this is where this amazing individual discovered my passion to move the world.  We can see beyond our present circumstances.  The irresisitible beauty of life is hidden in each moment of our experiences.  This amazing individual is a brand agent with fierce political roots, and a true passion for community development.  Our cosmic connection will set off a chain of events that will unleash a new generation of fearless, creative, bold, and articulate young people ready to move the world.
